We helps our client to get BEE labeling on their products. This labeling is given by Bureau of energy efficiency(BEE). The Objectives of Standards & Labeling Program is to provide the consumer an informed choice about the energy saving and thereby the cost saving potential of the marketed household and other equipment. This is expected to impact the energy savings in the medium and long run while at the same time it will position domestic industry to compete in such markets where norms for energy efficiency are mandatory. The scheme was launched by the Hon'ble Minister of Power in May,2006 and is currently invoked for equipments/appliances Room Air Conditioner (Fixed Speed), Ceiling Fan, Colour Television, Computer, Direct Cool Refrigerator, Distribution Transformer, Domestic Gas Stove, Frost Free Refrigerator, General Purpose Industrial Motor, Monoset Pump, Openwell Submersible Pump Set, Stationary Type Water Heater, Submersible Pump Set, Tfl, Washing Machine, Ballast, Solid State Inverter, Office Automation Products, Diesel Engine Driven Monosetpumps For Agricultural Purposes, Diesel Generator Set, Led Lamps, Room Air Conditioner (Variable Speed), Chiller, Variable Refrigerant Flow, Agricultural Pumpset, Microwave Oven.

Registration Process:-

The Applicant first has to registered company with BEE. An applicant can registered their company by online on BEE Portal. An applicant needs to register themselves only once for each product but separate company registration shall be required for every brand of the product. The applicant shall deposit a security fee of INR 1,00,000 for each registration as security deposit. However, applicants registered as small scale industries (SSI units), shall deposit INR 25,000, provided they submit the valid SSI registration certificate. The security deposit shall be paid through online (payment gate way).

1. Document authenticating the name and address of the manufacturing or business premises
2. Trade Marks certificate
3. SSI certificate, if applicable
4. Quality Management System Certificate
5. Authorized Signatory Letter
6. BIS License, if applicable

After company registration, Applicant can registered their models. Applicant has to apply online and then submit all documents hard copy to BEE.Registration fee of INR 2000 for each model.
